Our foundry company, PJSC "METALIT," is seeking a casting deburring operator due to increased production volumes. This is a key role in our team, ensuring the quality and safety of our products. We value every employee and are ready to invest in their development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deburring and cleaning on grinding machines: removing burrs, flash, sprues, and imperfections on the external surfaces of castings and parts of various configurations.
• Operating lifting and transport equipment from the ground level.
• Performing slinging of castings for lifting, moving, positioning, and storage.

WORK CONDITIONS:

• ✅️ PRIVILEGED EXPERIENCE – included in list No. 1 of jobs with hazardous and heavy working conditions, granting the right to early retirement.
• ✅️ TIMELY SALARY PAYMENT twice a month (advance, salary + bonuses for meeting production targets).
• ● For beginners: first 2 months salary from 10,000 to 15,000 UAH, including trainee pay.
• ✅️ SOCIAL PACKAGE: additional leave for hazardous work, reimbursement for intercity transport, compensation for heavy or hazardous work with dairy products or equivalent, professional development, corporate training.
• ✅️ WORK SCHEDULE: 5 working days, 8 hours per day (first shift 07:00–16:30).
